Terms & Conditions
- You are able to make payment either by cash or bank transfer ONLY.
- Items will be delivered based on our stocks; if it is out of stock, your payments will be refunded back to you.
- If you would like to wait for our out of stocks items, the waiting time will take about 1-3 weeks depends on the arrival of goods. Upon delay of arrival of goods, we will keep you notified on it.
- Items with a small heart-shaped at the corner of the photograph will need around 2-3 weeks waiting time.
- Goods SOLD are non-exchangeable.
- Limited Edition items will have a one time repair services by us for FREE within 3 days of items received or delivered to you. (Only for faulties such as broken hooks and string/wire came off. )
- We will NOT be responsible for any items that is lost / damaged during mailing as we have an option of meetups for items to be delivered.
- Every item is checked carefully before mailing. In the event that you receive a defective product, please immediately contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defective area. If it is eligible for an exchange, we will request for you to mail it back to us and will compensate you for the postage fees incurred. We will only be able to compensate normal postage fees and not registered tracking fees nor envelope fees.
Unfortunately, PlaidBelleza is not able to provide refunds for items that are bought in the wrong colour. - Orders with no response within 2 days will be BLACKLISTED by us!
